White (M.Div., 1964), former head of PTS’s Department of Continuing Education, fellow at the Huntington Library, visiting professor of history at UCLA, and professor of American religious history emeritus at San Francisco Theological Seminary, was honored with the 2009 Distinguished Alumnus Award.
