Financial Aid

The purpose of the Princeton Theological Seminary program for student financial aid is to assist our students in the educational preparation for ministry. We do this by providing need-based grants, fellowships, work opportunities, and loans to our eligible degree candidates.

Currently, approximately 90% of our full-time M.Div, MA, and M.Div/MA candidates receive assistance through the PTS grant or fellowship programs.

PTS Financial Aid Online (PTS FAO)

Princeton Theological Seminary's Office of Admissions and Financial Aid has a new online system, PTS FAO, where you can:

  • Access the Student Financial Aid Application
  • Track the status of your Student Financial Aid Application and other submitted documents
  • View your financial aid award
  • Track disbursements of grants and loans
  • View student loan history
  • Obtain financial aid forms

To access PTS FAO, you will need to log-in to the system with your six digit ID# and your financial aid PIN. Your six digit ID# can be found on your student ID Card or by accessing this link. If you have not previously used this PTS FAO system, you will need to use the "first-time user" link in the upper right of the log-in page in order to create your PIN.
